The sense of ethos of the owner and staff is outstanding. Their integrity is exceptional. I stayed there and I forgot important docs, when I left the room. They found them and they post them to my house next day. Excellent communication. Kind and polite staff. I don't care about the room and the facilities they provided me( which was good). The most important for me is to deal with honest, kind and ethical people. Thank you owner, thank you staff.
I first booked Liverpool Stays via Airbnb, and when I later saw their 2.2-star Google reviews, I felt like I'd been totally cheated! However, after a 6-night stay, I'm convinced this place is a solid 5-star experience. The room sizes are spacious for what you pay, and the bathrooms are top-notch. The kitchen and living area are loaded with all the appliances you could need. Customer support is also excellent, always available on the phone to assist with any queries. Plus, the location is prime with loads of shops nearby. I've had an awesome time here and would highly recommend it, regardless of those misleading low reviews!
Great place to stay! Make sure you watch the videos on how to get in as it can be a little tricky. The tap in bathroom was a little loose, so may want to check that out before it becomes a water leak, but overall a great place to stay for the weekend. Clean and tidy, and very comfy bed.
Room in the student accommodation. Everything is clean- the room itself, couple of bathrooms next door and the kitchen. Good location - 10min walk to the city centre or Central Station. Very good value for money.
